Mr. Cullen's career has included over eight years of public market experience primarily focused on the resource and technology sectors with an emphasis on investor relations and corporate finance. His previous experience also includes working for Deloitte and VMWare, as well as co-founding and managing private ventures in the financial services, environmental consultancy and technology sectors.

Mr. Bugden is a professional geologist with over 6 years of experience in exploration, mining, and the oil and gas sectors in Canada with a particular focus in Newfoundland and Labrador. He is the director of a geological services company as well as being on the board of directors for several publicly listed junior exploration companies.

Mike has over 14 years of resource exploration and public market experience with an emphasis on management, promotion, and corporate finance. He has built an impressive network of resource and investment industry contacts over the years and demonstrated a proven ability to utilize those relationships to advance his business objectives. Mike has been the president and CEO of GoldON Resources (GLD-TSXV) since 2009.

Kelly Pladson has provided corporate governance and regulatory compliance services to many TSX Venture and CSE listed companies since 2009. She works closely with the company’s CEO and legal counsel in maintaining corporate records, managing the day to day operations of the company and ensuring the company’s filings with the securities commissions and exchanges are accurately filed and in accordance with their deadlines. Prior to 2009, Ms. Pladson was an investment advisor’s assistant for two years.

Mr. Schwabe is a management consultant providing corporate finance services to public and private companies. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting degree with distinction from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has also completed the Canadian Securities Course.
